Problem

The business needed a way to effectively manage multiple projects. They needed a solution that could also store customer data in a CRM and a way to track expenses for each project.

Solution

We created a template that would allow the users to break all of their projects down into tasks so they could be tracked on a Kanban board. We also created ways for them to track invoices and assign them to projects. We also created a CRM database in Notion to hold all of their customer data. We created a gmail plugin that allows them to add CRM records directly from gmail.
